Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Grub Club. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most physical items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or have missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (such as eBooks and downloads) are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Perishable or personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Process for Returns

  1. Please contact us at store@grub-club.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We will confirm the return instructions and provide the return address.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 working days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
