Ingredients
  • 450 g fresh pineapple, finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 50 g red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp jalapeño, finely chopped ((adjust to taste))
  • 15 g fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Zest of ½ lime
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.25 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.25 tsp salt ((plus more to taste))
